Chemoproteomics bridges chemical biology and proteomics, delivering mechanistic, proteome-wide insights that accelerate hit-to-lead/lead optimization stages in small molecule drug discovery.

Since 2017, Biognosys holds the exclusive global license to LiP-MS and provides a fully industrialized platform for unbiased target deconvolution, mechanism-of-action elucidation, and selectivity profiling. LiP-MS detects drug-induced conformational changes and protein binding events directly in native proteomes, with no requirement for compound modification, affinity enrichment, or protein purification. 

The result is a label-free, proteome-wide view of drug–protein interactions at peptide-level resolution, applicable across diverse biological matrices and purpose-built to support both target-based and phenotypic drug discovery programs.

Immunopeptidomics is the mass spectrometry-based study of peptides naturally presented by MHC/HLA molecules on the cell surface, providing a direct experimental readout of what the immune system can recognize.

Immunopeptidomics allows direct analysis of MHC presented peptides in contrast to indirect genomic or transcriptomic approaches. This makes it an essential tool in drug development, enabling neoantigen discovery for cancer vaccines and T cell therapies, immunogenicity risk assessment of biotherapeutics, and autoantigen identification in autoimmune disease.
